Asphalt Crack Sealer: Asphalt crack sealer is an elastomeric compound used to seal off moisture penetration into the sub-grade thus extending the life expectancy of the asphalt surface.

Asphalt Milling: BPI Paving provides complete Milling services, from the removal of an existing surface layer or a full depth removal of the pavement and aggregate base course to reusing the existing pavement materials for road construction.

Asphalt Patching: When areas in the asphalt surface become broken or become deteriorated, BPI can correct the problems by either skim patching or removal & replacement.

Concrete: BPI provides complete concrete services, which include installation of curb, gutter, sidewalks, and pads.

Site Development: From 100% complete construction drawings, BPI will take your project concept and perform fine grading and stone set-up for concrete pads, sidewalks, curb, gutter, and asphalt surfaces.

Striping: Professionally applied striping, markings, & signage can create a problem-free parking lot and roadway.
